THE FACE BEHIND PARADIGMA AG
INTRODUCING ALEXIS MAIN
In her role as the Oklahoma Animal Care Advocate, Alexis Main engages with communities across the state to share the story of Oklahoma’s pig farmers. With pork producers raising swine in all 77 counties, totaling more than 9.35 million head of hogs annually and supporting one out of every 80 jobs, Alexis works to build understanding and trust through education, transparency, and a commitment to animal care.
Alexis serves as an independent consultant and owner of Paradigma Agricultural Innovations and Consulting, LLC., a small business she founded in honor of her late father.
DR. MAIN'S BACKGROUND
Originally from Modesto, California, Alexis was raised on a small farm by her parents, Reed and Roxanna Smith. Her passion for animal agriculture began early and grew through her parents' farm and years of involvement in 4-H and FFA, where she raised swine, beef cattle, meat goats, hair sheep, and rabbits.
